Resistance Band Chest Press
How to do it
- 1
Anchor a band behind you at chest height, or wrap it around your upper back.
- 2
Hold the handles at chest level with elbows bent.
- 3
Press forward until your arms are extended in front of your chest.
- 4
Return slowly, resisting the band's pull.
Common mistakes
- Letting the band snap back quickly.
- Shrugging the shoulders toward the ears.
Tips
- Step further from the anchor to increase resistance.
- Useful for home training and warm-ups.
