Data minimisation

Our calculators and planners run in your browser. The body measurements and plans you enter stay in your browser tab (session storage) and are erased when you close it. They are not sent to our servers.

Saved plans (optional)

Saving a plan is optional and free. If you choose to, we ask for your nationality, date of birth, e-mail and mobile number (validated for its country) and store them with the plans you save. We never ask for ID documents or passwords: you access your plans with a one-time code sent to your e-mail. The service is for adults (18+).

We use these data to: keep and show you your plans on any device (contract / your request); understand our audience through aggregated statistics — country, age band, goals, diets — that never identify you; and, only if you tick the separate 'partner offers' box, send you or share your contact with sponsors for offers (consent). Sponsors otherwise only ever receive aggregated numbers, with groups under 5 people merged.

Plans contain health-related data (weight, height, goal, diet, training). We store them only with your specific consent (LGPD art. 11, GDPR art. 9), given when you save. You can withdraw it at any time by deleting your account.

• Retention: while your account exists. Deleting a plan or the account erases it immediately from our database (backups roll over within 30 days). Unused one-time codes expire after 10 minutes.
• Security: codes and session tokens are stored only as hashes; the session cookie is HttpOnly and limited to the saved-plans API; all traffic is encrypted.
• Processors: database hosting and our e-mail provider, under data-processing agreements.

What we collect

We collect anonymous usage events (for example 'calculator completed' or 'PDF downloaded') with the page, language, approximate country and device type. We do not store IP addresses in our analytics, and events are not linked to your identity.

• With your consent, Google Analytics 4 and Google AdSense may set cookies.
• Without consent, ads are non-personalised and analytics cookies are not set (Google Consent Mode).

Legal bases

Legitimate interest for essential operation and aggregated, anonymous statistics; consent for analytics and advertising cookies; performance of the service you request for saved plans, with specific consent for the health data they contain; consent for partner offers.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (GDPR, LGPD, CCPA/CPRA) you can access, correct, delete or port your data, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time via 'Cookie settings'. California residents may opt out of the 'sale' or 'sharing' of personal information by rejecting advertising cookies. If you saved plans, you can do all of this yourself under My plan → Saved plans: download your data, turn partner offers on or off, or delete your account and every plan.
