What you enter in the tools

When you use a calculator or generate a diet or workout, we record the answers you gave (for example sex, age, weight, height, goal, food and training preferences) and the result, with the date, language, device type, approximate location (country, region and city estimated from the network — we do not store your IP address) and how you arrived (invite link or campaign). This record is tied to a random identifier of your browser, not to your name. We use it to run and improve the tools and for statistics.

Your contact (e-mail and WhatsApp)

The PDF is free and needs no sign-up. To get your plan by e-mail or on WhatsApp we ask for your name, e-mail, WhatsApp number and country, together with your consent to use your plan answers, which include health data (GDPR art. 9, LGPD art. 11). From then on, the plans generated in that browser are linked to your contact, so we can serve you and understand who uses the site. Tips, recipes, news and offers are only sent if you tick that specific box, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

The same form opens your free account (so you can find your plans again) and sends your plan to your e-mail with the PDF attached; new plans you make on the same device are e-mailed too (at most one automatic e-mail every 15 minutes). About 15 and 30 days later we send two short e-mails asking how the plan is going — every e-mail has a one-click unsubscribe link. If you rate your plan or leave a comment, we store it linked to your contact to improve the plans; you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Invites

Everyone gets a personal invite link. When someone arrives through it, we record that they came from that invite code.

Saved plans (optional)

Saving a plan is optional and free. If you choose to, we ask for your nationality, date of birth, e-mail and mobile number (validated for its country) and store them with the plans you save. We never ask for ID documents or passwords: you access your plans with a one-time code sent to your e-mail. The service is for adults (18+).

We use these data to: keep and show you your plans on any device (contract / your request); understand our audience through aggregated statistics — country, age band, goals, diets — that never identify you; and, only if you tick the separate 'partner offers' box, send you or share your contact with sponsors for offers (consent). Sponsors otherwise only ever receive aggregated numbers, with groups under 5 people merged.

Plans contain health-related data (weight, height, goal, diet, training). We store them only with your specific consent (LGPD art. 11, GDPR art. 9), given when you save. You can withdraw it at any time by deleting your account.

• Retention: while your account exists. Deleting a plan or the account erases it immediately from our database (backups roll over within 30 days). Unused one-time codes expire after 10 minutes.
• Security: codes and session tokens are stored only as hashes; the session cookie is HttpOnly and limited to the site APIs; all traffic is encrypted.
• Processors: database hosting and our e-mail provider, under data-processing agreements.

What we collect

We collect anonymous usage events (for example 'calculator completed' or 'PDF downloaded') with the page, language, approximate country and device type. We do not store IP addresses in our analytics, and events are not linked to your identity.

• With your consent, Google Analytics 4 and Google AdSense may set cookies.
• Without consent, ads are non-personalised and analytics cookies are not set (Google Consent Mode).

Legal bases

Consent for the health-related answers you give in the tools and when you leave your contact; legitimate interest for running, securing and measuring the service; performance of the service you request for saved plans; consent for analytics and advertising cookies and for marketing messages.

• Retention: tool records and contacts are kept while useful for the service or until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (GDPR, LGPD, CCPA/CPRA) you can access, correct, delete or port your data, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time via 'Cookie settings'. California residents may opt out of the 'sale' or 'sharing' of personal information by rejecting advertising cookies. If you saved plans, you can do all of this yourself under My plan → Saved plans: download your data, turn partner offers on or off, or delete your account and every plan. To delete your contact and the plans linked to it, write to the e-mail on our About page.
