Use of the service
The service is provided free of charge, 'as is', for personal, non-commercial use by adults. You agree not to misuse it, scrape it at scale, or attempt to disrupt it.
Saved-plan accounts
Saving plans is optional and free forever, for adults (18+). Keep access to your e-mail secure: whoever receives the one-time code can open your plans. You can delete your account at any time. We may remove accounts used abusively.
No professional relationship
Using the site does not create a doctor–patient, dietitian–client or trainer–client relationship. See our medical disclaimer.
Content and intellectual property
Texts, calculations, designs and code are protected. You may print or save your own plans for personal use.
Third-party links and advertising
We are not responsible for the content, products or practices of third-party sites linked from ads or affiliate links.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on estimates provided by the tools.
