High-Protein Pancakes
Fluffy oat and banana pancakes boosted with whey — about 40 g of protein in one plate.

Instructions

Blend the oats into a coarse flour.

Add the banana, eggs, whey and milk and blend until smooth; rest the batter for 2 minutes.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour small rounds of batter.

Cook 1–2 minutes until bubbles appear, flip and cook 1 more minute.
- 5
Serve topped with sliced strawberries.
