Pike Push-Up
How to do it
- 1
Start in a push-up position and walk your feet in, lifting your hips high into an inverted V.

Place your hands shoulder-width apart.
- 3
Bend your elbows to lower the top of your head toward the floor between your hands.

Press back up to straight arms.
Common mistakes
- Letting the hips drop, which turns it into a regular push-up.
- Flaring the elbows straight out.
