Landmine Press
How to do it
- 1
Wedge one end of a barbell into a corner or landmine base.
- 2
Hold the other end at shoulder height with one or both hands, staggered stance.
- 3
Press the bar up and forward until your arm is extended.
- 4
Lower it back to the shoulder with control.
Common mistakes
- Leaning back instead of pressing forward.
- Letting the elbow flare out wide.
Tips
- The angled path is often more comfortable for sensitive shoulders.
- Try the half-kneeling version to challenge your core.
