Preheat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F).

Cube the sweet potato, toss with half the oil and roast for 10 minutes.

Add the salmon and asparagus to the tray, drizzle with the remaining oil and season.

Roast 12–15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily; finish with lemon juice.
