Resistance Band Row
How to do it
- 1
Anchor a band at chest height or loop it around your feet while seated.
- 2
Hold the ends with arms extended and sit or stand tall.
- 3
Pull the handles to your torso, squeezing your shoulder blades.
- 4
Return slowly, resisting the band.
Common mistakes
- Leaning back to create tension instead of pulling.
- Shrugging the shoulders.
Tips
- Increase tension by choking up on the band or stepping back.
- Higher reps (15–25) work well with bands.
