T-Bar Row
How to do it
- 1
Straddle the bar (landmine or T-bar station) and grab the handle.
- 2
Hinge forward with a flat back and slight knee bend.
- 3
Row the weight toward your chest, keeping elbows close.
- 4
Lower under control to a full stretch.
Common mistakes
- Rounding the back at the bottom.
- Using leg drive to jerk the weight up.
Tips
- A close neutral grip lets you load the back heavily.
- Use a chest-supported T-bar machine if available to spare the lower back.
