Jump Squat
How to do it
- 1
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
- 2
Squat down to about parallel.
- 3
Explode upward and jump as high as you can.
- 4
Land softly with bent knees and go straight into the next rep.
Common mistakes
- Landing with stiff knees.
- Letting the knees cave on landing.
Tips
- Great for power and conditioning.
- Keep reps crisp — stop when height drops.
