Resistance Band Curl
How to do it
- 1
Stand on the middle of a band and hold the ends with palms facing forward.

Keep your elbows at your sides.
- 3
Curl your hands toward your shoulders.
- 4
Lower slowly, resisting the band.
Common mistakes
- Letting the elbows travel forward.
- Using a band too light to reach effort.
Tips
- Band tension peaks at the top — squeeze there.
- Go for 15–25 reps.
